Choose a learning format
One program with different levels of support: self-paced learning, a guided course, a mentor-led group, an individual program, or a corporate program.
You pay for the depth of support, not the number of videos
Every plan includes the full course. What differs is the depth of assessment, expert review, personalization and team involvement.
The same course can produce different outcomes depending on the format
The choice depends on how independently the participant can work, the complexity of the company’s situation, and the need for expert review of management solutions.
Only the methodology is needed
You are ready to plan your learning and review your own solutions independently.
Participants need external accountability
Large courses remain unfinished without a schedule and progress tracking.
Assignment review is needed
It is important to verify that documents are complete and correct.
Expert reviews are needed
The tools must be tailored to the company’s specific situation.
A personalized path is needed
Not all modules have equal priority, and changes must follow a defined sequence.
The team must be trained
The owner alone cannot implement shared standards without executive participation.

Every package provides the same educational core. The key differences and prices are shown below.

Different roles, different accountability
The program coordinator manages the learning process. The mentor reviews the quality of the management solution and how well it fits the company. The two roles are not interchangeable.
Program coordinator
Platform access, study calendar, deadlines, organizational support, assignment completion, and progress tracking.
Mentor
Company assessment, management gaps, solution review, methodology tailoring, and recommendations.
Expert review
The review evaluates not only whether a file exists, but also the quality of the management decision.
Final project review
In the Accelerator, Executive, and Team formats, the project is reviewed in the context of implementation and risk.
One course, different levels of support
Pricing reflects expert time, assessment depth, personalization, and responsibility for supporting implementation—not the number of videos.

Executive and Team pricing is determined after an assessment meeting.
The format must match the challenge and the participant’s ability to work independently
There is no reason to buy maximum support if you are ready to work independently. Conversely, a complex company transformation cannot be reduced to watching videos.
Five steps before the program starts
When the right format is not obvious, we begin with an assessment and recommendation rather than defaulting to the most expensive plan.
Assessment
We assess the state of the management system and the complexity of the challenge.
Deliverable definition
We define which project or document set must be completed.
Format selection
We determine the required review, expert work and team involvement.
Onboarding
We configure access, the calendar, the goal and the program completion rules.
Learning begins
The participant begins the course and develops the capstone project using company materials.
Deeper support provides greater customization and implementation assistance
Foundation
Core elements of the management system developed independently.
Practice
A program coordinator-reviewed document set and 90-day implementation plan.
Accelerator
A mentor-reviewed management system, with selected elements implemented during the program.
Executive / Team
An individual or corporate model involving key executives.
What to know before learning begins
Answers about plan upgrades, support, duration and the capstone project.
Can I upgrade to another plan after the course begins?
Yes. You can upgrade from Foundation to Practice or Accelerator by paying the difference, provided that places remain in the current cohort.
How does a program coordinator differ from a mentor?
The program coordinator helps participants complete the program, meet deadlines and finish assignments. The mentor reviews management solutions and helps tailor the methodology to the company.
Is the course suitable for a small business?
Yes. The tools are tailored to company size. A small business does not need unnecessary bureaucracy, but it does need goals, accountability, tasks, metrics and control.
Can employees complete the program with me?
For several executives, the Team plan is more suitable: shared documents, common rules and a corporate implementation plan.
What happens if I do not finish the program on time?
Access to materials remains available for 12 months. Recordings of live meetings remain in the learning portal.
Do you guarantee profit growth?
The Academy provides methodology, tools and feedback. Financial performance depends on the starting position, decision quality and actual implementation.
Not sure which format to choose?
Complete a concise assessment. You will receive an overview of the current situation, the main management gaps, and a recommendation for the appropriate program and support level.
- priority problem
- recommended course
- suitable plan
The format is selected based on the management challenge, the required depth of support, and the participants involved.
